We love water activities too. There are a couple of great splash parks in St. George that we love to go to. And when we head out of town we go to the Colorado River for some waterskiing!

What's not to love about Summer... We love the pool, sno - cones, fresh fruit and veggies, and BBQ's. We also love going to my parents on the 4th of July. There's a parade where they still throw candy, boating, awesome fireworks and even a demolition derby.

It not so much an activity as a lack of activity for me. I love the freedom of not having the school routine to follow. Sleep late, get up early, go some where on the spur of the moment, plan a vacation. Really the sky's the limit. Once you have a kid in school so much of your daily life is dictated by that so being free of that is so wonderful to me.

Brett and I just went to MOAB and
4wheeled around for a few days. It's not my absoulte favorite summer activity, but it was really fun! All I could think about while I was riding was how to scrapbooking the pictures. How lame am I?

When I was a kid I loved sleeping out in the backyard, the summer matinees, swimming, playing hide n go seek, camping, listening for the ice cream truck...wow memories. As an adult summers mean family reunions, playing in the water, BBQ's, a less rigid schedule and I have to shave my legs more.

Swimming, of course! I'm really hoping Levi will like the water so we can spend all summer at the pool!

I love 4th of July celebrations--it's my favorite holiday!! Dressing my family in red, white and blue. Watching a parade, eating watermelon, spending time with family and of course keeping my kids awake to watch the fireworks while listening to patriotic music! I AM proud to be an American!!
