I'm behind! I know! But it's HERE- March Giveaway!!!! It's my birthday month, and I was born in 1980, so find a fun fact/event that happened in 1980 and enter it as a comment...it's that simple! Mt. Saint Helen's erupted, I'm a Washingtonian so of course this HAD to be my answer. :) This was the first thing that came to my mind but I had to google it to be sure. :) It's my birthday month too!
postage was only .15, and gas was about 1.20.
My very best sister was born in 1980! Does that count????
The "Miracle on Ice" happened at the 1980 Olympics in Lake Placid. The US men's hockey team won the gold after defeating Finland.
John Lennon was killed. Sad. :(
