I hope you are all enjoying the heat of Spring (which feels like Summer here in Arizona!) To enter June's Giveaway, leave a comment answering this question (which came from one of our blog followers and I think it is a great one!): "What do you use for boy pages as embellishments? I'm getting sick of buttons and plain colored ribbon! Please share your ideas!" Please share any secrets your use to spruce up boy pages, and if you are the lucky winner, you will receive.......BOY EMBELLISHMENTS of course!!! You have until June 15th.

colored staples or themed die cuts work well sometimes

Jenni took my idea!!!! I use colored staples or those jollene stickers. I also usually keep something from the event and somehow incorporate it into my page.

Stars work too. I've stamped stars, used pop dots on them and even stickled them for some extra zing! I've been finding cute boy lines that have coordinating boy embellishments.

There are so many cute embellishments for boys - gears, sports die-cuts, stars, stitching, tags (some of my favorites), pockets, big bold lettering, I love metal embellishments, like hinges on pics, for boys. I love BOY pages!

Well, I have a daughter but I do scrap my god son a lot- I like to use stars, staples and metal embellies. Also- like previous girls said- anything that goes along with layout (fire fighter stuff for his fireman birthday party, etc.) I also like to include any souveneirs or invites/thankyous too. Hope that helps! :) Thanks for the chance to win!
